📋 Description

• Lead 25–30 production associates to meet targets safely.
• Focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and supply excellence.
• Coach teams on the site Daily Management System.
• Coordinate materials, staffing, and line changeovers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in manufacturing CI.
• 2+ years leading manufacturing teams; direct reports preferred.
• Leadership experience with direct people management.
• GMP knowledge and plant operations.
• HACCP proficiency required; champion quality goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
