- Accountable for shift safety, cGMP compliance, schedule adherence, OEE, and team development.
- Serve as senior overnight site leader, escalate to ensure compliant production.
- Lead startup, Gemba walks, and shift handoffs for seamless 4-shift coverage.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse to protect schedule attainment.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering/Business OR Associate's with 3+ years pharma/OTC supervisory exp.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team-lead exp in regulated manufacturing (pharma/OTC/cGMP preferred).
- Knowledge of cGMP regs (21 CFR Parts 210/211) and GDocP.
- Proven ability to lead and develop hourly production teams in fast-paced, multi-line env.
- Strong written and verbal communication; accurate batch records and logbooks.
- Experience with ERP/MES, electronic batch records, and MS Office for reporting.
