🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing or test; OR HS +5 yrs
- 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- 2+ years in semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing
- Proficiency in JMP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with metrology and failure analysis techniques
- Experience with statistical process control and CAPA
