Production Shift Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a Production Team to deliver our production plan and meals for dogs.
• Drive high team performance, embrace culture, and pursue continuous improvements.
• Report to the Shift Operations Manager; support daily operations and ensure quality meals.
• Manage Health and Safety on shift; conduct audits and raise corrective actions.
• Review training against SOPs; ensure staff are trained and documented.
• Coordinate labour planning, holidays, and absence management to sustain production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong FMCG manufacturing background.
• Proven leadership in high-speed, volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and GMP standards.
• Proven problem-solving and continuous improvement track record.
• Excellent planning, organisation and scheduling skills.
• Strong communication; able to collaborate with People, Engineering, Warehouse teams.
