📋 Description

• Lead a production team to deliver daily production plan for dog meals.
• Drive safety, GMP and QA standards on shift; conduct audits.
• Manage training and development of squad members against SOPs.
• Ensure accurate handovers between departments for smooth shifts.
• Support continuous improvements and problem-solving to cut waste.
• Collaborate with procurement/planning to meet demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong FMCG manufacturing leadership in fast pace environment.
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and manage performance.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and GMP.
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficient in SOP adherence, training, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
