Production Scheduling Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Production Coordinators with training and daily guidance.
• Oversee staging, allocation, kitting, and packing of aviation kits.
• Act as liaison among Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics.
• Ensure correct allocation and packing to meet customer specs and quality.
• Escalate blockers and shortages to protect on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time completion, packing accuracy, and staging efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years leading a team or project.
• 3+ years manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations.
• 2+ years with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment.
• Experience with kit staging, packing, and outbound logistics.
