Production Planning Lead

📋 Description

• Leading a team in receiving, packaging, and labeling products
• Oversee weighing, assembling, and packaging cannabis flower
• Ensure compliance labeling on all packaged products
• Track weighing and packaging projects accurately
• Count, process, and pack finished goods for distribution
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Meet goals designated by Production Supervisor/Manager
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be 21+ years of age
• 2-3 years of production experience
• Cannabis industry experience highly preferred
• Strong math and computer skills; data analysis; Excel required
• Ability to manage complex projects with excellent organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
