Production Planning Lead

📋 Description

• Verifies production paperwork for each batch
• Completes daily production assemblies
• Transfers inventory to Wholesale and Retail menus
• Shelves FGI; Maintains organized distro aisles
• Conducts weekly/biweekly inventory counts
• Prolonged sitting/standing and repetitive movements
• Cross trains to back up Supply Chain Lead on 3P assemblies
• Cross trains to back up Compliance Testing and Inventory
• Monitor expired products and stagnant inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Periodic audits of product labels, pricing, transfers, reconciliations
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Meet established goals as designated by the Manager, Inventory Management
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be 21+ years of age
• 2-3 years of inventory experience
• Experience in the cannabis industry highly preferred
• Excellent computer and math skills; data analysis; strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
• Experienced relationship with internal team and external partners
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
• Comfortable learning new technologies
• Problem solving and troubleshooting; able to make recommendations to management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
