Production Planning Associate

📋 Description

• Develop weekly/daily production schedules across lines, balancing labor, capacity, and materials.
• Monitor Order-to-Ship cycles to ensure on-time fulfillment for third-party clients and retail partners.
• Manage transitions between product runs, including allergen washdowns and sanitation.
• Adjust schedules in real time for downtime, labor shortages, or urgent hot orders.
• Serve as ERP/MRP power user, ensuring BOMs and inventory data integrity.
• Automate KPI reporting: OEE, Schedule Attainment, and Scrap Rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in production planning or fulfillment in manufacturing.
• Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing (SQF/BRC/FDA) or 3PL/contract manufacturing preferred.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); ERP/MRP software experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
