Production Planner | Final Assembly

📋 Description

• Define inventory strategy for the Final Assembly Line
• Develop schedules to meet objectives; flag risks and opportunities
• Implement SOPs across multiple manufacturing lines
• Lead FAL production and supply chain meetings
• Manage MRP/PRP and capacity planning; optimize ERP use
• Maintain quality and safety standards in production

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production planning; aerospace preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and data analysis abilities
• ERP experience: Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle
• Experience with rapid manufacturing growth/startups
• Team player, able to work independently
