- Build production schedules with Production Manager to prioritize work.
- Proactively assess material availability to start projects on schedule.
- Track and verify materials received and prepared for production at PSS.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to identify priority shipments and ensure timely processing.
- Work with Procurement to evaluate vendor performance and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve late or at-risk deliveries and maintain status updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
