Production Planner

📋 Description

• Develop weekly and monthly production schedules to hit targets.
• Plan material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Create and communicate production orders per plan.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
• Support scheduling of shipments between plant and 3PL partners.
• Resolve schedule conflicts with shop floor management daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Admin preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience; SAP a plus.
• Experience with WMS systems; ability to manage multiple priorities.
