Production Operator (Nights)

📋 Description

• Night shift 6pm–6am; 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.
• Measure and mix with precision to meet batch standards.
• Safely operate machinery; basic operation, cleaning, maintenance.
• Maintain food safety and quality by following guidelines.
• Use ERP for material handling; batching paperwork.
• Collaborate with teammates and uphold company values.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
