Lead daily production syncs across R&D, QA and DevOps.
Own incident lifecycle using incident.io; runbooks, training, post-mortems and RCAs.
Manage Grafana dashboards and alerting; respond to Grafana and GCP alerts.
On-call rotations; escalation point; structured troubleshooting to reduce MTTR.
Cross-functional reporting on availability, performance and security.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in production/release/ops with release mgmt, CI/CD and monitoring; GCP/AWS.
Experience with GitOps deployment tools (ArgoCD or Flux).
CI systems: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI; release orchestration tools.
Linux, Docker, Kubernetes; IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation); Helm/EKS/GKE.
Grafana dashboards/alerts; GCP monitoring; incident.io tooling.
Own releases/calendar; stakeholder mgmt; on-call readiness.
