🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering or STEM; OR 4+ years leadership in manufacturing
3+ years production ops or process development
2+ years in a leadership role
Advanced degree in engineering/technical discipline (preferred)
Experience leading multi-level teams with 50+ members (preferred)
Travel up to 10%, overtime/weekends, and lifting up to 25 lbs
