Production Manager, Machining

📋 Description

• Own daily machining production across CNC centers, delivering precision parts on schedule.
• Lead machinists, technicians, and supervisors to hit throughput and on-time delivery.
• Identify machining constraints (tooling, programming, availability) and resolve with Eng.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, setup, utilization, and scrap reduction.
• Maintain production visibility, escalate blockers quickly, and recover milestones.
• Pay Range: CA $120,000–$175,000 USD.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or other high-complexity precision machining environments.
• 2+ years leading machinists or production teams in a CNC machine shop.
