🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of avionics manufacturing incl. PCBA, harnesses, and electronics boxes
- Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management systems
- Experience scaling low-volume or pilot production lines to high volume
- Strong cross-functional communication with design, production, and executive teams
