Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a Production Team to deliver the daily production plan.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement on shift.
• Support operations to ensure meals are produced to spec.
• Collaborate with procurement and planning to meet demand.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to squad members.
• Ensure GMP standards and IMS checks are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong FMCG manufacturing experience on high-speed lines.
• Proven leadership with safety legislation knowledge.
• Experience in root cause analysis and incident investigations.
• Ability to train staff against SOPs and required training.
• Excellent communication and handover skills across teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage holidays and absence.
