🎯 Requirements

Leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time
Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates
Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
