📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Lending sales operations to optimize loan origination workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive sales growth for the Loan Officer team by meeting and exceeding targets for loan applications and loans closed.
• Promote a People First culture with best-in-class customer service for customers and referral partners.
• Coach and mentor Loan Officers, building tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop and grow market share by maintaining a network of business relationships for referrals and new lending opportunities.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to remove obstacles for on-time closings.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• Demonstrated success leading teams of Mortgage Loan Originators as a Regional or Branch manager or related role.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives through to completion.
• Subject matter expert in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.
• Experience using Encompass, Optimal Blue, and CRM Systems.
• 100% remote experience leading distributed teams.
