Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead production ops for ACQ Media across Cash Cows and director cams.
• Set production standards, docs, and execution benchmarks.
• Ensure production days run on schedule with studio quality.
• Act as shoot-day ops authority; reports to Creative Producer; Las Vegas or relocate.
• Build scalable pre-, on-set, and post-production processes.
• AI-forward operations with automation for scheduling and asset tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production management, line production, or production ops.
• End-to-end production workflows (pre through post) expertise.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and crew logistics.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to lead under pressure.
• Familiar with digital media or YouTube-first content; asset management & cloud storage.
• Onsite in Las Vegas; relocation possible; familiarity with AI tools for ops.
