Production Lead (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead on 6pm–6:30am, 2-2-3 rotating night shift.
• Oversee safety and performance; coach and motivate team.
• Operate equipment as needed; support Shift Manager for smooth operation.
• Maintain quality and safety standards via audits and inspections.
• Optimize line efficiency; plan labor, materials, and schedules; reduce loss.
• Promote Lean manufacturing; conduct daily performance reviews and set goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and safety protocols; uphold quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot and address equipment issues.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling; manage labor and materials.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong problem solving and clear communication; present KPIs.
