Production Lead (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Shift: Days 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
• Lead shift; train and mentor operators to meet daily/90-day plans.
• Fill in as Shift Manager to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Coach, supervise, and ensure safety and performance of the team.
• Maintain quality and safety standards via audits and inspections.
• Plan labor, materials, and schedules to optimize line efficiency; use ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and quality safety audits.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; KPI reviews a plus.
