📋 Description

• Oversee shift operations, safety, and team performance.
• Train, coach, and mentor operators to meet daily/90-day plans.
• Fill in as Shift Manager to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Plan labor, materials and schedules to optimize line efficiency.
• Use ERP to track inventory and production reporting.
• Promote Lean manufacturing; lead daily KPI meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA guidelines, safety protocols; audits.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Production planning and scheduling proficiency.
• ERP systems and inventory management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication; KPI reviews.
