- Oversee day-to-day SMT, PCB assembly, and PCBA rework for avionics hardware.
- Manage a growing team of production engineers, specialists, and technicians.
- Collaborate with Avionics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production on NPI and builds.
- Identify process gaps, improve line efficiency, and implement scalable systems.
- Drive improvements across PnP, reflow, inspection, and process validation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
- 6+ years in SMT manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electronics production with leadership.
- Strong SMT line ops knowledge: pick-and-place programming, reflow, AOI, PCB workflows.
- Experience supporting PCBA development builds, NPI, and production-rate manufacturing.
- Experience leading technical teams of engineers and technicians.
- Experience PCBA troubleshooting, failure analysis, and rework.
