Build software automating deployment and operation of production DBs
Participate in regular on-call rotations
Troubleshoot and remediate stability issues in production databases
Lead post-incident reviews and follow-up actions
Identify patterns across incidents and alerts; propose systemic improvements
Work with DB and infrastructure teams to build resilient, highly available systems

🎯 Requirements

Engineering background in CS/Math/SE or similar field
Experience coding in Java, Python, and Go
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift
Experience with Cassandra, Elasticsearch and Kafka
Solid Linux foundation and distributed web services knowledge
Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus; strong communication skills
