📋 Description

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
• Balance speed, style, and scale to produce assets at a steady pace.
• Ensure pixel-perfection; collaborate with QA testers to maintain quality.
• Adhere to guidelines and ensure consistency across ad formats and languages.
• Partner with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design POV.

🎯 Requirements

• About 2 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch or Figma a bonus.
• Silhouetting and retouching skills are a plus.
• Organized files, layers, and folders; independent task handling.
• Contribute across production stages: styles, layouts, cutting formats, and language versioning.
• English proficiency and clear communication; maintain confidentiality.
