Production Coordinator - Structures Weekend Shift

📋 Description

• Work with Quality to meet QMS standards and perform RCCA.
• Coordinate with Design, MRB, QA and Leadership for on-time A/C delivery.
• Provide hands-on support to technicians to boost productivity.
• Report A/C build progress; perform in-process QC; raise deviations.
• Maintain accurate docs (WIs, NCRs) and process data for audit readiness.
• Inspect, clean, and service equipment; perform preventive maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical/Aircraft Maintenance and/or Manufacturing background.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision making.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of aircraft components.
• Good team communication skills.
