Production Coordinator II

📋 Description

• Serve as liaison across orgs to ensure components flow through production on time.
• Own monitoring and communicating location/status of hardware, kits, and builds on floor.
• Perform ERP/MES transactions to systematically transact parts.
• Self-prioritize and execute autonomously in dynamic/ambiguous environments.
• Seek information to understand work orders and kit requests from internal customers.
• Collaborate with Production/Material Planning to identify part shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Production Coordinating/Expediting (or similar).
• 2+ years with ERP, MES and/or WMS software.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Proficient communication across multiple platforms (email, Slack, etc.).
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, weekends.
