- Serve as liaison across orgs to ensure parts flow on schedule
- Track location and status of hardware, kits, and builds on the floor
- Perform ERP/MES transactions to transact parts
- Prioritize and execute autonomously in dynamic environments
- Clarify work orders and kit requests for internal customers
- Work with Production/Material Planning to spot part shortages
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Expeditor (or similar role)
- 2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software
- Able to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
- Proficient communication across email, Slack, etc.
- Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
