Production Coordinator

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of parts to propulsion technicians across workcenters
• Fill and maintain floor stock for common parts, tooling, and consumables
• Provide feedback on work instructions and BoMs to ensure flight-critical parts
• Establish new part flows for workcenters and apply consistent standards
• Work closely with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning to resolve part shortages

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role
• 2+ years experience using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software
• Experience working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
• Strong computer literacy; able to quickly learn new software platforms
• Highly organized, responsive, and capable of driving consistency across sites
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs unassisted
