  • Partner with internal departments and vendors across planning, design, and production.
  • Ensure print specs, product requirements, and proper documentation.
  • Maintain high-quality, cost-effective output for each job.
  • Coordinate production schedules, resources, and logistics; address delays promptly.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors, Esri customers, planners, and production teams.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a print production environment with outside vendors
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs
  • Capable of high-level production activity with critical timelines for large conferences
  • Professional, detail oriented, self-starter, capable of working with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills including phone, business email and video conferencing
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to multi-task
