Production Coordinator - 1st Shift Weekday

📋 Description

• Create inventory requests from production work orders.
• Maintain production schedules via planning and shortage management.
• Ensure parts are handled per SpaceX specs.
• Interface with engineers/technicians on releasing work orders.
• Reconcile BOM quantities for work orders.
• Maintain data integrity in systems; resolve incorrect data affecting demand/schedules.
• Verify received material against paperwork; check damage and parts.
• Coordinate with production customers on priorities and schedules.
• Assist production teams with corrective actions.
• Support logistics through workflow staging.
• Perform de-kitting and own return-to-stock.
• Support productivity improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Associates degree in business or technology field.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor or electronic manufacturing.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• APICS certification.
