Production Control Scheduler (Merlin)

📋 Description

• Own production scheduling for a work center; manage daily tasks and long-term rate plans.
• Create rate-based schedules for hardware; define/track build constraints for upcoming missions.
• Build scenarios to optimize hardware allocation (new vs refurbished) per customer needs.
• Set, track, and execute daily/weekly goals; consider personnel and equipment limits.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers; communicate hardware needs and dates accurately.
• Understand MRP for hardware; lead efforts to improve MRP accuracy and align schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree + 1+ year in manufacturing scheduling/planning/ops OR 3+ years in scheduling/ops.
• ERP/MRP experience in production.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams on strategic problems.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Availability for all shifts; weekend/extended hours; lift 25 lbs; stand 8 hrs.
