Provide tactical scheduling to production; coordinate inputs to maintain Master Schedules.
Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to identify critical work and mitigate schedule risks.
Prepare daily schedules across areas; track progress and update critical paths.
Use Factory Scheduler and ERP tools to schedule work and allocate resources.
Support internal logistics for critical work movement to improve lead times.
Collaborate to align bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or 3+ years in manufacturing scheduling/operations.
Experience using ERP or MRP systems in production.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Technical knowledge: VBA, SQL, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence.
Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
ITAR/compliance: US citizen/national or eligible for export; travel up to 25%.
