π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 1+ year in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or ops
- OR 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling/planning/ops experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience manufacturing electrical components (panels, harnessing, boards)
- Proficient with MS Office, VBA, Smartsheet, SQL, Power BI
- Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with root-cause analysis methodologies
