📋 Description

• Assist VAVE programs by documenting procedures to reduce cost in TestRail.
• Integrate fixtures into testing cages for efficient modality testing.
• Establish a TestRail project for treadmill modality to standardize tests.
• Empower AI to boost productivity and improve test reporting.
• Contribute to a cross-functional team of product test engineers.
• Develop and execute test plans for new product development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 0–2+ years in product test engineering or validation.
• Familiar with NPI processes, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Cross-functional work with R&D, Design, Manufacturing, QA.
• Knowledge of test protocols, validation methods, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
