📋 Description

  • Engage with customers and prospects to support their technical needs as the technical expert for assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product design, development, marketing, and launch processes.
  • Write and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and field training content.
  • Train users on the web-based software suite via telephone, web sharing, in-office, or off-site venues nationally and internationally.
  • Troubleshoot end users' software issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Design, produce, and present training materials for both small and large audiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in Education, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Training experience: designing, producing, and presenting training material.
  • Strong verbal/written communication; comfortable presenting to large audiences.
  • Ability to interact with all levels; willing to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and training content.
  • Self-directed with initiative; able to work independently.
