π― Requirements
- Prior experience in a troubleshooting environment
- 1-2 years of technical support experience
- Solid understanding of tech fundamentals and tools (Slack, Notion, Intercom, JIRA, Gainsight)
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
- Able to troubleshoot and use resources to answer questions
- Strong communication and customer focus
