  • Communicate with customers via Intercom; occasional video calls.
  • Own customer communications from first contact to resolution or escalation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience in a troubleshooting environment
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Solid understanding of tech fundamentals and tools (Slack, Notion, Intercom, JIRA, Gainsight)
  • Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
  • Able to troubleshoot and use resources to answer questions
  • Strong communication and customer focus
