🎯 Requirements

  • Customer-focused; strong team player
  • Experience with Windows OS and troubleshooting
  • Experience with macOS and Terminal/Bash (plus)
  • Familiar with ProcMon and Process Explorer (plus)
  • Experience configuring antivirus products
  • Familiar with GPO, SCCM, and RMM tools
  • Scripting/tools experience a plus
