- Located in CST or PST.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in Tech, eCommerce, SaaS or similar role
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests with empathy
- Excellent writing; clearly describe technical concepts in emails
- Nice to have: Fluent in French as well as English
