- Passion about technology, quality, and Linearโs mission
- Excellent communication and customer service with tech users; adapt for non-technical users
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues, including APIs and integration setups; reproduce bugs in different environments (browsers, Windows, Mac, Mobile)
- Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub; curiosity to learn more; not a product engineering role
- Based in U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central time only
