  • Work with paid customers and engineers to resolve issues.
  • Reproduce customer issues, perform initial triage, and file software defects with Engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share insights and improve Korea support.
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics (CSAT, response time, SLA adherence).
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and contribute to user-facing content.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers outside normal hours.

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar
  • Native fluency in Korean
  • Fluent communicator in English
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate across teams located in multiple offices
