- 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar
- Native fluency in Korean
- Fluent communicator in English
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate across teams located in multiple offices
