🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years SaaS support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, Fullstory, Observe, Microsoft 365
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Knowledgebase article creation and training experience
  • Strong technical acumen, attention to detail, problem solving
