  • Provide insightful technical answers and guide customers to compliance
  • Troubleshoot and document solutions for scale
  • Create reproducible test cases and feedback for Product
  • Escalate bugs and participate in product fixes

  • 3+ years in product customer support, SaaS/Tech
  • Excellent troubleshooting in SaaS/Tech
  • Tech competency to understand Vanta's software
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems
  • Strong written communication and documentation
  • Willing to work IST 8AM-5PM with on-call rotation
