  • Shadow CSMs on customer calls to learn needs and pain points.
  • Shadow support specialists on escalated cases and handoffs to engineering.
  • Familiarise yourself with our AI support infrastructure and knowledge base.
  • Begin handling support cases independently, documenting bugs clearly.
  • Take ownership of support cases across multiple channels from triage to resolution.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in technical support or customer success in SaaS.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical issue diagnosis.
  • Comfortable reproducing and documenting technical issues; bug reports.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and SaaS infrastructure.
  • Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office per week).
  • Experience with Intercom or similar customer support platform.
