Collaborate with Engineering to test and troubleshoot issues.
Document resolutions in the technical support knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a Support Engineer in networking or web security.
Networking and enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
Experience troubleshooting with Ping, Traceroute, and MTR.
Hands-on SD-WAN, routing (BGP/OSPF), VPN, SSL.
Ubuntu and Python experience.
Preferred: experience with cloud security products and automation scripting.
