- Troubleshoot networks; ping, traceroute, MTR
- Proficiency with HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS
- tcpdump/Wireshark; SSL/TLS, VPNs, LDAP/MS AD, IPSec
- Scripting: Shell, Python, Perl
