  • 6+ years as Support Engineer/Sr. Support in networking or web security
  • Linux/Unix/FreeBSD experience
  • Troubleshoot networks; ping, traceroute, MTR
  • Proficiency with HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS
  • tcpdump/Wireshark; SSL/TLS, VPNs, LDAP/MS AD, IPSec
  • Scripting: Shell, Python, Perl
