  • Provide second-line phone/email support to debug complex security/network issues

  • 6+ years as Support Engineer/Sr. Support in networking or web security
  • Linux, Unix, FreeBSD experience
  • Troubleshoot network issues with tools like ping, traceroute, MTR
  • Proficient in HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS protocols
  • Familiar with tcpdump and Wireshark; SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall/IDS/IPS
  • LDAP, MSAD; IPSec; scripting (Shell, Python, Perl)
