  • Provide second-line phone/email support to debug complex security issues.
  • Interface with Engineering to assist testing and troubleshooting.
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback.
  • Document incident resolutions in the support knowledge base.
  • Provide input on product direction through the product cycle.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years as Support Engineer/Sr. Support Engineer in networking or web security.
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, and FreeBSD.
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues with Ping, Traceroute, MTR.
  • Expert knowledge of HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS.
  • Familiarity with tcpdump and Wireshark.
  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
  • Scripting skills: Shell, Python, Perl.
